The Design Challenge
The challenge was to restructure the information architecture, with improved branding, for the current Krog Street Market mobile site in order to solve for the following:

User frustration in quickly and easily finding vendor and parking information.

No easy way to share vendor information.

Inadequate parking information.
THE RESEARCH
We began our research process with Contextual Inquiry and surveys. This provided valuable insight into the customer flow at the market and how users were experiencing the existing mobile site.

We gained further insight into Krog Street Markets existing mobile site by creating a site map and user flow. This highlighted the current challenges with information architecture.



In our C&C Analysis, two food hall mobile sites showed much better information architecture than KSM. We decided to model some features that seemed to work from these.
